Arguably one of the most iconic skateboard graphics of all time, "The Ripper" was illustrated in 1983 by legendary Powell-Peralta artist Vernon Courtland Johnson (VCJ), and was originally used as a "Bones Sold Here" dealer shopfront sticker. The artwork found it's way onto clothing and eventually decks. The Ripper graphic now iconic, has been a staple of the Powell-Peralta brand since early inception.
